We are Malaysia\'s leading Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) and we are aggressively expanding our business, and looking for dynamic, driven and motivated individuals to join our team. Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C), is one of our fastest growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.

• Responsible for generating daily reports.
• Creating and maintaining process flow, files, records and other documents.
• Acting like a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide support to the manager in all areas including Analyse reports, secretarial duties, administration, and confidential matters.
• Managing correspondence: This includes handling incoming and outgoing email as well as drafting and reviewing documents, reports, and other materials.
• Scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments.
• Performing other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by manager.
• Assist Head of Receivables Management on preparing Ad-hoc Project Presentation slides.

• Candidate must have at least a Degree/Diploma in any field.
• At least to have minimum 5 years\' experience in administrative roles
• Skilled in Microsoft Office
• Ability to generate process flows on PowerPoint.
• Good command English & Malay. Ability to communicate Chinese will be added advantage.
• Good inter-personal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Must be skilled at managing time and priorities to effectively meet deadlines and manage competing demands.
• Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
