Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C), is one of our fastest growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.

What you are expected to do:

Responsible for providing administrative and business development support to Manager and other department team members by carrying out all activities related to consumer business segment.

Working within Consumer Services team and main support to drive strong commercial outcomes particularly on Consumer Service's 3 pillar of revenue, Financial Health, Identity Hub, and Financial Marketplace to position MyCTOS Score Report, CTOS SecureID, and CTOS Credit Finder as a relevant and beneficial tool for Financial Services Groups and Agents adoption.

• Managing the weekly and monthly Consumer Services Dashboard forecast comparing actual revenue and sign-up figures.
• Engaging in internal and external stakeholder management to drive outcomes across.
• Assist in building and improving relationships with new and existing partners or clients.
• Assist in performance reporting and management for every partnership campaign, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Assist in Dark Web Monitoring Report and Hits Analysis. Also, to provide data to marketing team as and when for eDM blast.
• Prepare Financial Education Initiatives report and share it with Finance.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating partnership or collaboration agreements.
• Manage the entire request leads approval up to billing, payment, and collection process from respective partnerships
• Maintain and update partnerships master listing the activities,
• campaign information and finance records.
• Assist on maintaining CTOS Reward page campaign by ensuring partner's product information on rewards page are up to date with their current bank promotion from time to time.
• Assist in collecting all requested information from partners on product visual, content, campaign T&C and up to submission to Product team and vendor
• Assist in ensuring the CTOS reward page is updated including the UAT, deployment, production and change request process
• To perform all ad-hoc task assigned by Manager and Head of Department

What you need to have to qualify:

• Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in related fields or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
• Has ability to understanding reporting and numbers and have a passion for learning
• Has strong can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Analytics, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Can work independently and to deadlines
• Have great communication skills - written, verbal and presentational
• Experience in managing relationships with clients and has experience in the financial industry is a plus
