Job Overview: As a fresh graduate, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be trained about the product (IT Services) to produce high-quality leads and opportunities, and work as a team towards agreed-set targets and profitability goals. Besides, providing a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to efficiently, professionally, and timely. This role reports to Sales Lead/Manager.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do: Connect with customers to find new opportunities Do data profiling and manage the data of the client Involve in providing initiate and conducting outbound calls to qualify clients\xe2\x80\x99 interest in software solutions Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines Contribute your talent to the team\xe2\x80\x99s best performance Participate training and sharings to level up your skills
Profile requirements: Last year students/freshers were welcome to apply Being familiar with a telemarketing role, in the IT industry is preferable Basic English communication skills Own telephone skills Comfortable making cold calls and establishing client relationships via phone. Must be target-oriented, self-starter, and aggressive enough to achieve the defined targets. Creative thinking "outside of the box"
