NOC engineers responsible for monitor and executes the daily operational activities needed to monitor the infra and services. Responsible for technical support and issue that been lodge to NOC via Customer or monitoring software. Monitor 24/7 and provide proactive response for all services including internal IP Core Network, DIA, Metro-E, and POP Broadband.
Respond promptly to client emails, ticket requests, and complaints, ensuring 24/7 availability for outage notifications and support.
Monitor UP/Down alerts and bandwidth utilization for Core network, Access network, and network equipment, proactively addressing any issues.
Conduct first-level troubleshooting and incident response remotely to minimize downtime.
Provide remote support to clients, offering timely and effective solutions.
Collaborate with engineers and third-party providers to facilitate issue resolution.
Ensure the implementation and updating of equipment monitoring in VCTEL NMS, maintaining accurate records.
Prepare and deliver monthly reports to clients, including DIA, Managed Services-ME, Wireless, 3G/4G. Produce and update installation reports in Share Folder for BB, SAF, OSR, FFR.
Compile incident reports for all services, including DIA, Metro-E, and Broadband.
Update and maintain client and vendor databases with accurate information.
Compile, analyze, and prepare ticket status, SLA, and network performance reports, sending them to management for performance monitoring.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelors' degree in Computer /communication engineering or equivalent.
CCNA or any equivalent certification is an advantage.
A great personality with positive attitude.
