- Possess at least a SPM or Diploma qualification or above
- Have high proficiency in English and Mandarin (Read, Speak, Type)
- Candidates with at least 2 - 3 years of experience in handling social media chats
- Candidates are willing to work in rotational shifts ( 9 hours per shift between 7am - 11pm)
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Able to join immediate intake : 19 June 2023
- Handle all social media interactions including:
- Helping customers with their service issues, providing accurate information o Engaging customer on our social media properties (contests, content, etc) t o Social media monitoring around brand sentiment and reputation
- Moderate the content and engage the members on our community forum.
- Pick up trending issues and report them expeditiously to the team leader.
- Help with social media coverage of events (e.g. Facebook Live) on-ground or
- Help with ad-hoc projects and tasks (social media & customer care related)
- Edit, proofread, and distribute content in a multi-channel environment
RM 3000 Basic + RM 800 Fixed Mandarin Allowance + Up to RM 400 KPI Allowance * EPF and SOCSO
