Requirements

• Candidates must possess SPM or above.
• Required languages: English & Mandarin (Traditional) - spoken and written.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to work on shift rotations and weekends / public holidays.
• 5 working days in a week (Mon-Fri, 8am - 11pm / Sat-Sun & PH, 8am - 8pm) 9 hours per shift with 1 hour break - no graveyard shift.
• Good typing speed

• Preferable those with experience in inbound telecommunication line.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - Full Training Provided
• Candidate must be willing to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor.
• Able to join on 19 July 2023 or 8 August 2023

• Responsible for providing customer service support for brand\'s customers and to manage escalations as below KPI\'s:
• Customer Service 70% online chat, 15% email, 10% social media, 5% voice (inbound / outbound).
• Managing and monitoring social media platforms.
• Replying email in a timely manner.
• Handling day-to-day escalations from customers.

• Basic salary RM 3,500 + Up to RM 250 KPI + Up to RM 250 Night Shift Allowance (if any)
