Npi Engineer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Report to the superior and HOD, managing first article qualification and mass production readiness.
Plan projects using Gantt charts, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure timely implementation.
Review customer 3D data, drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
Conduct DFM, PFMEA, process capability studies, and tolerance analysis.
Develop process flows, BOMs, process drawings, and packaging standards.
Serve as the main technical contact for customers, providing updates and leading discussions.
Identify and resolve issues during project execution, including post-mortem analysis.
Review jigs, fixtures, and propose cost-reduction measures.
Provide technical support, training, and initiate engineering change requests.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, 5S, and company policies.
Prepare reports (8D, RCCA, FAIR) and monitor project risks for timely delivery.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
