In this role, you will lead the implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities, ensuring that our production operations meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. By collaborating closely with Product Development teams, you will help ensure the successful introduction of new products, furthering our mission to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.Lets talk about the role

• Lead the implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and documentation to meet production volume requirements and organizational objectives.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with OH&S guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate closely with Product Development teams to ensure the manufacturability and viability of new products.
• Establish and maintain production procedures, providing comprehensive training to team members on new equipment and processes.
• Oversee process validation activities and documentation to ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Identify and implement quality and efficiency measures, utilizing methodologies such as GMP, Six-Sigma, and LEAN improvement initiatives.
• Drive the achievement of strategic and operational objectives, aligning with the organizational mission.
• Manage employees and resources effectively, translating organizational strategies into actionable plans.
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members, contributing to performance evaluations and development plans.

Lets talk about youRequired:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related roles.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems with judgment and expertise.
• Experience in data analysis and decision-making within a manufacturing environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in the medical device industry, particularly in respiratory care.
• Advanced degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Certifications in methodologies such as Six-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Project Management.
• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the medical device industry.
