An established electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, this company plays a critical role in delivering high-quality electronic products to global markets. With a focus on innovation and efficiency, they are seeking a NPI Manager to lead NPI projects from concept to production.
:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure customer delivery, quality, and profitability targets are met.
- Drive NPI projects from concept to production readiness, coordinating with design, quality, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain teams.
- Analyze and interpret technical drawings, BOMs, and customer specifications for manufacturability.
- Create and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate prototyping, testing, validation, tooling, fixtures, and machine setup activities.
- Proactively identify and manage risks.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams regarding change requests and feedback.
- Support cost estimation, quotations, and additional tasks as assigned.
- At least Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
