Npi Process Engineer
Job Description
Lead and support process activities for new product introduction (NPI) projects.
Develop and document manufacturing processes, SOPs, work instructions, and process flows.
Conduct process trials, pilot runs, and production line qualification.
Define process parameters, control plans, and perform process validation as required.
Coordinate tooling, fixtures, and equipment setup for new processes.
Perform process risk assessments (PFMEA) and implement corrective actions.
Support quality activities including FAI, process capability analysis, and customer requirements.
Ensure production readiness, stable yield, and smooth ramp-up to mass production.
Provide technical support during initial production and handover to sustaining teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. Experience in NPI, process engineering, or manufacturing engineering. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality tools, and process validation. Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional teamwork skills. Proficient in Malay and English; ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) is an added advantage to liaise with China customers.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
