, operating as a key regional hub for a well-established international group headquartered in Asia. Since its incorporation in 2018, the company has specialized in

PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly)

and a wide range of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, coils, and transformers.

Job Summary:

The SMT Process Engineer is responsible for supporting and optimizing surface mount technology (SMT) manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective production. The role involves process troubleshooting, equipment maintenance coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Set up, monitor, and maintain SMT production lines (e.g: stencil printers, pick & place machines, reflow ovens). Perform root cause analysis on process and quality issues and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to ensure smooth operation and compliance with standards. Conduct process validation for new product introduction (NPI). Optimize machine parameters and material flow for better efficiency. Support preventive maintenance and calibration of SMT equipment. Prepare documentation such as work instructions, setup sheets, and engineering reports.

Job Requirements

Qualification: At least a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SMT processes and equipment. Familiar with IPC standards and SMT quality requirements. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Able to work independently and in a team environment.
