Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Program Manager

to lead new product introduction (NPI) projects, drive cross-functional coordination, and ensure successful transfer from R&D to Production Release. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, manufacturing processes, and customer engagement, with proven leadership skills to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage new product introductions from R&D through to Production Release, ensuring transfer goals are met. Oversee production scheduling, on-time delivery commitments, product cost management, process lead time improvements, and inventory control. Collaborate with factory teams to implement Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) for lean, cost-efficient processes in new programs. Drive high levels of customer satisfaction in backlog commitments, manufacturing performance, product quality, IPH cost, and responsiveness. Ensure full site readiness in terms of

4M: Man, Material, Machine, and Method

. Coordinate and prepare for weekly reviews and phase reviews, ensuring achievement of readiness goals across

Time to Market, Time to Yield, Time to Cost, and Time to Ramp

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent. Minimum of

10 years' relevant experience

in program or project management within a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to identify organizational needs and successfully lead cross-functional programs or projects. Strong knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles. Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Microsoft Project. Prior experience in

Program Management or Project Management

is highly preferred.
