Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven
Program Manager
to leadNew Product Introduction (NPI)
projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure a smooth transition from R&D to production. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management expertise, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and proven leadership skills to drive results in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage
NPI projects
from R&D to Production Release, ensuring all transfer objectives are achieved. Overseeproduction scheduling, on-time delivery, cost management, process lead time improvement, and inventory control
for new programs. Collaborate with factory teams to implementContinuous Improvement Programs (CIP)
to optimize lean, cost-efficient processes. Drive high levels ofcustomer satisfaction
by managing backlog commitments, product quality, manufacturing performance, and cost effectiveness. Ensure site readiness across4M elements
: Man, Material, Machine, and Method. Prepare and coordinateweekly and phase review meetings
, ensuring readiness goals are met for Time to Market, Time to Yield, Time to Cost, and Time to Ramp.Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in
Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
. Minimum10 years of relevant experience
in program or project management within a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to identify organizational needs and leadcross-functional programs or projects
to successful completion. Strong knowledge ofperformance evaluation and change management
principles. Excellentleadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication
skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Microsoft Project
. Prior experience specifically inProgram Management or Project Management
is highly preferred.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM21,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
