Job Overview

:

The NPI Integration Technician is responsible for supporting new product introduction activities, including lot follow-up, data collection, material preparation and coordination between production and engineering teams. This role ensures smooth lot movement, accurate process execution, and timely reporting to support successful product qualification and ramp-up

Responsibilities:

Monitor and follow up NPI lots through each of process stage to ensure on-time completion. Supporting all NPI engineer for loading and lot execution for all engineering build. Coordinate with production, engineering and QA teams to resolve any lot on-hold or process issue. Perform process loading (PT# loading) for any engineering, assessment lot loaded by NPI engineering according to standard operating procedure. Lot preparation for engineering and assessment loading (DOE, trial run or pilot builds) by preparation of all material loading and lot execution. Data collection for all engineering and Qual build with required to work with engineering team for compilation. Support for FA submission and reliability planning/coordinating of all customer Qualification build. Reporting for lot status in Daily basis.

Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science or related field. Familiar with NPI process flow or product qualification activities. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
