About the job Nurse Manager

Our Client is \xef\xbb\xbfthe provider for aesthetic treatments. \xef\xbb\xbfAs a member of the Malaysian Healthcare Travel Council with a license from the Malaysian Ministry of Health, the group operates in Malaysia through four branches located in Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Bangsar. It has also received various awards including the prestigious Frost and Sullivan Award, the Brand Laureate Award, and the International Medical Travel Journal Award. It aims to provide world-class aesthetic treatment to patients with a high level of professionalism and assurance to clients. As part of their growth plans, they are seeking to hire a dedicated and experienced \xef\xbb\xbfNurse Manager to be part of their team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure continual delivery of high-quality nursing care.
• Adopt and implement innovative nursing practices to improve facilities.
• Recruit, select and guide nursing staff.
• Ensure nursing staff remain in compliance with professional development and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a healthy and collaborative team environment.
• Ensure problems are promptly identified and addressed, and set priorities.
• Actively identify and develop staff education training needs with key team members.
• Establish Nursing Division\'s performance / clinical indicator - incident monitoring and decision making based on objective information collected and analyzed with zero incident of medication error.
• Perform other appropriate tasks and duties assigned within the scope of the employee\'s knowledge, skills and abilities.

Key Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any related field.
• Possesses a valid nursing license (APC).\xef\xbb\xbf
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Managers specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience assisting in renewal licenses for Hospital is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

• Leadership skills and ability to work collaborative with large team.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and other dialects will be an added advantage due to business needs.

Remunerations & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM5,000 to RM10,000
