Job Description
- Coordinates and provides employee-related health and wellness programs.
- Manages initial medical care, medical screening, and health education.
- Works with Human Resources Department in administering and monitoring medical leaves of absence, in addition to providing worker\xe2\x80\x99s compensation case management and tracking.
- Manages all medical records, including individual employee health records, injury case and worker\xe2\x80\x99s compensation cases.
- Dispense or administer medicine approved by in-house medical Doctor
- Keep tracks of health and first aid cases.
- Conduct or coordinates ERT training etc
- Conduct ergonomic assessment to identify ergonomic risk and document it
- Required Skills Include
o Computer literates
