O2c Collection Analyst Italian Speaker

Job Description


  • Manage all collection activities for an assigned portfolio of customers.
  • Work with internal and customer organizations to resolve any collection and dispute issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Review customer account receivable balances and identifying possible issues for non-payment to reduce Overdue percentage
  • Responsible for the order to cash activities for operation in APAC countries
  • To ensure compliance on Service Level Agreement (SLA) and meeting of monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Allocate both incoming and outgoing payments as per agreed time-frame.
  • Notify each entity of unallocated payments and assist with the follow-up resolution of these payments
  • Update regularly the setting for Autobank to sure high automatic clearing rate
  • Prepare payment run file and perform all the necessary checks prior to sending the payments for approval.
  • Ensure customer/vendor bank accounts are updated timely.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation and ensure the bank balances are reflected accurately on the balance sheet.
  • Liaise with each entity to ensure all the bank accounts, bank users, signatories and approvers are kept up to date in system
  • Gain understanding of the Group Liquidity planning tools
  • Work closely with the finance business partner and Group Treasury to execute the planning in these tools.
  • Provide transparency of the cash positions, including funding proposal to the local and the Group.
  • Follow up and escalate issues with the responsible parties within each entity for the resolution of issues.
  • Support and resolve any OTC related audit topics.
  • Identifying, leading and continuously driving process and operational improvement projects
  • Ad hoc tasks as required by OTC Manager
  • Ad hoc regional and global projects

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor degree/master in finance & Accounting or equivalent
  • Knowledge and understanding of overall OTC processes
  • Prior recent experience working in a captive SSC environment preferred
  • Migration project /integration Project /continuous improvement project experience will be an added advantage
  • Italian Speaking, Reading & Writing capability is a must
