Job Description


  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of allocations, collections, reconciliations, and reports.
  • Improve DSO and minimize bad debts.
  • Monitor AR aging, credit limits, and manage credit risk.
  • Track Credit Management KPIs and implement action plans for improvement.
  • Conduct performance reviews and address non-performance issues.
  • Regularly review AR aging and ensure collections are updated in SAP.
  • Daily review of blocked orders, supporting Finance in releasing them per credit policy.
  • Initiate automation to eliminate inefficiencies and support O2C automation projects.
  • Establish and update credit policy guidelines in SAP.
  • Monitor AR Master Data and inform Master Data Management (MDM) team for necessary actions.
  • Coordinate and review monthly close for all O2C accounts.
  • Assist in preparing monthly cash forecasts for treasury purposes.
  • Review AR reports (Aging, DSO, Sales Manager reports, etc.).
  • Ensure Credit/Debit Note reviews follow the Authority Matrix.
  • Conduct 1-TO-1, drive team through coaching.
  • Prepare and support documentation for bank-related tasks (Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees)
  • Review debit/credit notes, rebate, and commission agreements for external parties and inter.
  • Conduct monthly review of trade AR provisions, including bad debt write-offs for impairments.

  • Detailed understanding of the review process underlying all O2C activities and associated controls (End to end process from Credit to Cash).
  • At least 6 years\' relevant experience in O2C, with at least 2-3 years as a Lead, preferable working with SSC or but will consider BPO structure
  • University (Bachelor\'s Degree) or equivalent in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • Familiarity with collection/customer insights and automation tools and technologies to enhance efficiency in accounts receivable processes
  • Experience in working with SLA\'s, KPI\'s.
  • Fluency in English (Must) and Mandarin (MUST), to support Greater China region.
