• Candidate must possess at least SPM in any field.
• Good negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills.
• Minimum 1-2 years Sales & Marketing experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to prioritize the tasks and work under pressure.
• Self-driven, optimistic, able to take calculated risks and able to execute implemented plans.
• Applicants must be possess own transport and valid driving license.

ResponsibilitiesHere are the responsibilities:

• Driving Online Traffic to Physical Stores: Developing strategies to encourage online customers to visit physical stores through digital promotions, exclusive in-store offers, or click-and-collect options.
• Managing O2O Campaigns and Promotions: Coordinating and executing online marketing campaigns aimed at increasing foot traffic to offline locations, ensuring smooth integration between online and offline sales channels.
• Customer Data Analysis and Insights: Analyzing online customer behavior, sales data, and in-store purchase patterns to optimize O2O strategies and improve conversion rates across both channels.
• Collaboration with Marketing Teams: Working closely with Marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, share insights, and align on inventory management, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Enhancing Customer Experience Across Channels: Ensuring consistency in customer experience by providing omnichannel support, from online browsing to offline purchases, and addressing customer inquiries related to both channels.
