Descriptions:
  • To ensure proper documentations, filing system and data safekeeping.
  • Help organize office activities.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administrative activities.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Certificate or Diploma in any related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in administrative field would be an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Computer literate in Microsoft office.
  • Able to speak and write in Chinese, English and Bahasa Melayu.
