  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
  • Assist in ensuring company operations comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries with exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and organized files for all company documents.
  • Oversee general office maintenance, managing supplies, equipment, and facilities efficiently.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
