Job Responsibility Manage office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and coordination of office supplies. Arrange travel plans and accommodations for employees when necessary. Implement and monitor security and safety measures in the office. Provide administrative support to senior management as needed. Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting initial interviews and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations. Implement and communicate company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a positive work environment. Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture. Support performance appraisal processes and assist in managing employee performance issues. Job Requirements Prior experience in administrative support or HR roles is highly desirable. Candidates should have a demonstrated track record of handling administrative tasks effectively. Experience with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations is beneficial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for effective interaction with employees, management, and external stakeholders. Familiarity with recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential for creating documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and managing emails.
