Job Responsibility Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions which include recruitment, payroll, administration and etc Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing and orientation to new employee on board procedures Update and maintain employees profile, including attendance and leave records Handle monthly payroll and submit EPF, SOCSO + EIS and PCB to government statutory Handle all general office administration and maintenance related works of office facilities and up keeping of office equipment and office supplies Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration or equivalent Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply Fluent in English and Mandarin Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Have positive attitude and able multi-tasking Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision Job Benifits 5 Working Days Strategic Location - walking distance to LRT station EPF/SOCSO + EIS Annual Leave
