Job Responsibility To perform day to day general administrative tasks Attend to some incoming and outgoing phone calls when needed Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned - able to handle posting on social media (Fb, Instagram, tiktok, Xiao hung shu....) Monitor and followup orders closely from quotations and orders Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines Request Good Teamwork, Be Responsible and Efficient with Positive vibes Others will be train accordingly Job Requirements Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/ O Level Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia Communication abilities skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Fresh Graduates / Entry Level Applicants are encouraged to apply Able to start work soonest is an added advantage Job Benifits 5 working days per week (9:30 - 6:30pm) KWSP SOCSO Annual and medical leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing Labour Law
