Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties on all matters pertaining to MM2H application services.
  • Liaising with MM2H Immigration in Putrajaya for processing of applications
  • Provide quality customer service to ex-pat clients when answering and directing telephone calls, corresponding via email, scheduling, and coordinating meetings, etc
  • Maintain and ordered office supplies placed orders, purchased, received orders, and stocked shelves.
  • Be committed to the process of continual improvement.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Knowledge of office administration \xe2\x80\x98best\xe2\x80\x99 practices.
  • Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Pleasant telephone manner and ability to communicate with clients.
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Attention to detail is required.
  • Good command of writing and speaking English (compulsory). Malay (compulsory) & Mandarin are an advantage.
  • Transportation to Putrajaya is essential - own a car is ideal (allowance will be provided
