Job Description

Requirements:

FOR STUDENT OR UNIVERSITY INTERNSHIP ONLY Scopes:

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Assist manager in office administration
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for project site or office
Providing administration support to Property Development and Project Management
General office management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Data entry
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Track supply of project
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Prefer candidate without any experience training will be provided.
