Primary Objective:

To provide administration functions and ensure the smooth running of Auxiliary Police services operations and contribute the driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of approval memo to the relevant approving authority for the procurement and requisitions of office equipment and other security-related items.
  • To assist Unit Head in managing the physical security services, including close monitoring and tracking of the services rendered with no disruption to the daily operations.
  • To follow up and ensure the relevant documents are in order and in compliance with the Auxiliary Police guideline and procedures i.e. authorization letter, copy of firearm, Police/KDN vetting report, shooting training, logistics and etc.
  • To organize and maintain correspondence reports, document support, and records including files and working papers.
  • To maintain adequate and well-stocked stationaries and office equipment.
  • Others will include time to time of any requirements.
Requirements

Requirements:
Diploma - Business Administration or any related fields.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in related security services and specifically for banking and financial institutions
  • Good interpersonal skills, confident, proactive and results-oriented.
  • Good communication skills, proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is preferable but optional.
  • Computer skills e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Able to communicate and interact effectively with customers and staff at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and with very minimum supervision.
  • Good and able to deal with authorities, and business units, and managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Able to analyze the emergency situation and advice management accordingly.
