We're looking for a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
General office duties (filing, photocopying, etc.)
Answering phone calls and emails
Assisting with administrative tasks
Data entry and record keeping
Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Resolving customer issues and complaints
Providing product information and assistance
Processing orders and returns

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
