Responsibilities:



General office duties (filing, photocopying, etc.) Answering phone calls and emails Assisting with administrative tasks Data entry and record keeping Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat Resolving customer issues and complaints Providing product information and assistance Processing orders and returns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
