Job Description


Administrative & Maintenance Support. Support to admin clerical works i.e data key in, eg postage usage in computer, photocopying and filling.. Responsible for maintenance of office equipment and operating the repair/support services when necessary.. To be assigned for ad-hoc assignment i.e sending company car to Service Centre / Panel Workshops for servicing, purchasing of pantry items & etc. Assisting in front desk tasks such as clerical tasks, handling incoming call, mailing and guests.Mailbox & GPO . Responsible for handling all types of outgoing mails (letters, invoices, and statement of account) from various departments including sorting mails by company, weigh mails to determine postage is sufficient, seal envelopes. franking mails, keeps records of normal mail / registered mail, deliver mails / returned mails to GPO in accordance to standard operating procedures. . Responsible for collecting incoming mails from the various locations / letter box / schedules and deliver mails to the receptionist for recording purposes.Mailbag Systems . Responsible for handling all incoming mailbag via DPP truck / couriers including receiving, sorting, distribution, send yellow IBMN to branches accordingly in accordance with standard operating procedures.. Responsible for handling all types of outgoing mailbag (documents / parcels) including sorting, checking documents against records in IBNM, seal documents in plastic bag / metal box according to branches, send mailbag to DPP Klang.Pool Driver . Responsible to drive the employer or guest safely to and from the given destinations.. Responsible to maintain the employer\'s motor vehicles in clean and working in good condition at all the times.. To provide daily general checking and cleaning and ad-hoc basic maintenance to the employer\'s motor vehicles.Dispatch services (back up) . Responsible in performing all dispatch services i.e dispatch documents to designated locations as stated in dispatch requirement form, collect back acknowledgement copy, stamping, ROC, payment to statutory bodies, payment for utilities bills according to Company\'s procedures and within the time frame. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field. Required skill(s): MS Office. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
