Job Description


  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Available on standby and adaptable to the directors\' schedule and requirements.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and attention to details.
Responsibilities
  • Provide personal assistance to the director, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and phone calls, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses.
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations for meetings or events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Serve as the director\'s driver, ensuring safe and timely transportation to various locations.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections, ensure compliance with traffic regulations, and maintain proper documentation of travel logs.
  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the director.
