Under the direct supervision of the Administrative Services Officer and with the guidance of the National Professional Officer (NPO) (Administration) and experienced Administrative Assistants, the incumbent will perform the following duties:
Provides administrative support to the office renovation related activities.
Prepares the inventory of items on the floor to be renovated for proper safe keeping of these items during renovation
Coordinates with relevant suppliers and contractors for packing, storage, transport of items, when required
Arranges necessary meetings and coordinates with relevant teams in preparation for the renovation and/or for moving in of staff and stuff once the renovation of such floor is completed
Prepares the checklists planner for the renovation movements
Assists the NPO (Administration) on compiling and keeping tracks of list of defects identified before and after hand over
Initiates and processes general administrative tasks in procurement, fixed asset management and other relevant administrative tasks related to the office renovation
Ensures availability of office supplies and appropriate maintenance of office equipment
Provides back up during absence of other team members, including the receptionist tasks
Performs other duties as required.
