Job Description

\xe2\x80\xa2 Provide daily general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with internal department and external party to follow up on related administrative matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize, develop and maintain proper filing system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to communicate \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in microsoft / basic computer skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Perfoms administrative and office support activities for multiple-task. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performs other duties as assigned.
ADMINISTRATION
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
