Job Description

To check and print new sales orders (APPL) from the SAP system. To key in new indent (Sales Order) APPL in SAP system. To key in e-DO for PLSB including replacement delivery items in EPROC PHARMANIAGA system. To download monthly sales (Direct Sales items) in SAP and key into Sales vs Forecast and PR Monitoring. To update forecast revisions in stock monitoring for Direct Sales items, as and when needed. To be responsible for all filing and documentation related to the tasks. To support stock monitoring and issue new PRs. To update PR details (No. PR, quantity requested, date required) in PR Monitoring. To download data sales (PLSB to hospital) by end of month from EPROC PHARMANIAGA system into Excel. To key in stock Direct Sales items given by warehouse by end of month. To accomplish any other assigned tasks given by supervisor whenever required. To follow ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 standards, procedures, and GDP guidelines.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
