Position : General Manager ( Office Manager ) Working Location : Bintulu Industry :Renewable Energy Permenant Position Our client is a leading Chinese company specializing in the research, development, and production of solar products. They are the world\'s largest manufacturers of monocrystalline silicon wafers, cells, and modules, and it is known for its strong focus on technological innovation and sustainable energy solutions. They are expanding their business in Malaysia and now growing beyond Kuching, Selangor and Bintulu in Sarawak. The company is expected to have 9000 employees by 2024. The role of a General Manager - Office Manager is multifaceted and crucial for overseeing an organization\'s diverse functions. This role encompasses strategic planning, operational management, team leadership, and fostering customer relationships. General Managers drive manage risks, and cultivate partnerships while promoting innovation and improvement. Responsibilities : Acts as the CEO\'s representative and point of contact with corporate departments, private sectors and government entities. Oversee and delegate work to others in the administrative department. Assist CEO and top management in reviewing company goals and ensuring the company complies to regulatory requirements. Plan, schedule, research and run management meetings and company events. Produce memo, announcement, policies & procedures, company profile and reports. Requirements : Must have minimum 7 years working experience in administrative role with 3 years in a managerial position, preferably in a process manufacturing environment. Must have diploma / degree in related field. Willing to work in a fast paced environment. Can work in Bintulu.
