Job Description

:1) Responsible to undertake any of processing under purview of Custody.
2) Assist on client\'s queries in relation to the Custodian business.
3) Ensure due care and diligence is executed on day-to-day operational matters and within the agreed Service Level Agreement and QP.
4) Acquiring Custody relevant knowledge and training.
5) Provide support to Head of Department, Unit Head, Managers and subordinates.
6) Conforming and adhering to risk profile, by following the Policies and Procedures, QPs and immediate escalate in the event of a potential failure or breach.
7) Maintains good relationships with clients, beneficiaries, co-trustees, internal and external parties.
8) Ensure proper and complete filing for both department file and custody folder.
9) Participate in ad-hoc assignment, projects and testing, whenever required.
10) Conforming and adhering to ISO 9001:2015 and implement key concepts and requirements relating to ISO 9001:2015.Recognised commerce / business tertiary qualification
Bachelor\'s degree Banking and Finance
Minimum 1 year working experience in Custody related businessTechnical/Functional skills
1) Market knowledge in Bursa Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia RENTAS and operations of Custody.
2) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point.Personal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership])
1) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2) Adapt well with changes in technologies and business requirements.
3) Ability to consistently work accurately under pressure.
4) High integrity, professional and ethical.
5) Meticulous and strong organisational skills.
6) Good team player and able to work with minimal supervision.
