Job Description
: * Review interim or annual report, SC UTF/PRS/ETF returns and Shariah transaction report and ensure the assets of the funds are invested in accordance with the deed, prospectus, information memorandum, disclosure document or investment mandate and to monitor permitted investment and the investment limit it to ensure compliance.
- Review Shariah non-compliance securities and liaise with fund managers to ensure Shariah Compliances.
- Monitor substantial shareholding and ensure notification is submitted within the deadline.
- Monitor annual tax return and submission.
- Submit Bank Negara quarterly reporting, SC half-yearly custodian reporting and Quarterly custodian holdings report within the deadline.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignment (if any).
Minimum 1 year working experience with trustee company or unit trust company or fund management industryTechnical/Functional skills
Computer literate and excellent knowledge of MS Excel and accounting knowledgePersonal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership])
Meticulous, resourceful and highly disciplined in meeting deadlines
Self-motivated and pleasant personality
Good time management and organizational skills
Able to work independently and under pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skills
