Job Responsibilities
01) Coordinate and manage new Foreign Workers (FW) intake by taking charge on the following responsibility with advice of Human Resource Manager and Management.
02) Make arrangement in preparing the necessary documents, VO and bank draft to obtain sticker for new arrival.
03) FW permit renewal.
04) Manage, coordinate and prepare documentation for workers related matters.
05) Update local and FW details into the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
06) Manage, coordinate and prepare necessary documentation for insurance claim (LONPAC).
07) Organize workers welfare meeting.
08) To perform Spot Check activity as per schedule in workers hostels to ensure cleanliness, safety and discipline is maintain at all time.
09) To answer incoming and outgoing call.
10) To attend the factory meeting. To take & type the factory meeting minutes.
Human Resources Administration
11) Prepare Human Resource report, data and meeting slides.
12) Coordinate the factory cleanliness campaign and prepare the necessary slides for Management Meeting.
13) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior
14) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.
Job Requirements
01) Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent form reputable universities.
02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
