Service Leader - Human Resources

We are looking for Service Leader - Human Resources

As a Service Leader - Human Resourceas, we rely on you to

• Facilitates administrative functions of the Human Resources Division as assigned by the Director of HR.
• To render services and delight the internal customers on their needs with existing guidelines and standard set up by Shangri-La Rasa Sayang, Penang.
• To assume the responsibility of the Human Rsources officer.

We are looking for someone who:

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources / Hospitality Management

1-2 years of experience in similar capacity in an International Class Hote * Proficient in MS Office and computer applications

• Has strong interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
• Is professional, discreet and can handle sensitive information
• Effective bilingual in English & Malay both written and verbal.
• Team player, adaptable and able to work under pressure.
