1. Checking data in the system and to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted by data entry officer.
2. Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for any error or incomplete data.
3. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
4. Ensure application is processed within turn around time.
5. Ensure individual KPI is met.
6. Ensure all task are recorded.
7. Ensure error are within KPI.
8. Ensure adhered to code of ethics.
9. Ensure comply to Standard Operating Procedure.
10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
11. Organization skills.
12. Attention to detail.
13. To assist on job assign by the head from time to time.
