Job Description


1. Manage and strengthens the relationship between iCIMB and Business Unit.
2. Manage business requirements of both Business Units and Process Owners and ensure best outcome are achieve when request are raised to increase existing business or implement new business for iCIMB.
3. Manages new business opportunities and growing the iCIMB business as per target set by Management.
4. Engage business and understand their needs and identify potential opportunities in service offerings and evaluate how this can help maximize internal business and resources in a manner that is in line with management direction from time to time.
5. Manage/support in reporting and documentation up keep to ensure it is comply to Group\'s Policy and Procedure.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage all incoming business enquiries from Business Units and guide them through iCIMB procedures and direction in regards to the services we provide that can best suit their enquiries.
2. Manages new business opportunities and growing the iCIMB contracts/businesses as per target set by Management to meet the business growth of company.
3. Attend all meetings with the business and process owner in regards to the enquiries or request that could possibly churn into a new business opportunity.
4. Guide stakeholders through the \'User Request Form\' submission (if required) to ensure seamless end to end client management till service is onboard.
5. Lead/assists in the negotiation of commercial terms with stakeholders to deliver optimum profitability and service level.
6. Constantly follow through with process owner and business units to gather the required update/information to ensure a quick turn-around time on our response to request submitted.
7. Liaise with Process Owner in regards to enquiries raised by business and work out the possibility of providing the service(s) requested and to provide the business with the propose service offering, transition plan, service level and charges.

8. Ensure all documentation prepared eg. Proposal, Service Level Agreement, CRN & URF are in line with internal SOP, compliance and governance guideline.
9. Coordinate between business and process owner to ensure that expectations of both parties are clearly laid out and fulfilled to our best ability.
10. Attend the periodic operational/management meeting to keep abreast with the latest company\'s direction and ensure any changes in high management\'s direction is captured and relay to business subsequently. This is also to understand the cost, productivity and latest department update by process owner to drive and optimize internal business teams and resources to meet financial growth and projected profit targets as a team.
11. Manage or drive project or initiative which benefit day to day operations and/or enhance iCIMB\'s stakeholder engagement.
12. Manage/support in general administrative function, reporting, documentation up keep and ensure all are up to date and compliance.
13. Manage/support in Ad Hoc Projects.
