Officer, iCIMB & CCBO - Credit Support Administration (Redemption & Settlement Ops) - Mortgage MY
* Security envelope received from Iron Mountain and sorting instruction for the particular case
- Ensure RC01 and docket receive from Iron Mountain is correct and complete and sign the acknowledgement receipt.
- Check status of account in the system and ensure its being save and update in server
- Ensure cases attended is duly claim in RCS
- Proceed with issuance of Discharge of Charge once all documents and information in order
- To update Request Info,Activity Worksheet i.e customer details & Collateral Details
- Download Existing Facility
- Update Contral Worksheet and ensure CR09 is prepared
