Job Description


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsible for the overall system support related to inventory control and process for customers - Reporting on daily cycle count result to customer by daily basic (monthly) - Work closely with IT department while perform system housekeeping such as require location master, SKU master and pack size master. - Monitor system housekeeping from time to time on WX3 such as checking on the on SKU ageing date for Duty free stock to ensure bonded stock are no exiting 2 years. - Monitoring and investigate closely on the missing and excess SKU and damages. - Reporting to principal for any expired or short expiry SKU, discrepancy on batch against system Vs physical & damage item. - Perform daily system reconciliation and liaise with Principal as and when necessary to ensure both system tallies. - Monitor on daily operation activities and recommend for improvement e.g. revised of packing size, consolidate SKU with the same batch in same location etc. - Monitor physical housekeeping such as ensuring correct SKU at correct storage area, ensure no stock sitting at block location, ensuring all items maintaining in system. - Work closely with operation department on annual stock take including stock take plan, timing, process flow, requirements, manpower planning and monitor the whole process from before stock take until finalized the stock result. - To attend all training and presentation on health and safety matters as accident prevention. - To comply strictly with EHS related policies, procedure and customer requirements as well as safety rules that rolled out from time to time. - Cross Function (Back UP) on Order processing where there needed. - To perform additional duties as required - (Back UP) on Billing like Storage Value Added, Inbound (Stuffing & Unstiffing), Outbound Duty Free, Carton ID and Transportation (TPTN) - Daily Cycle Count Report - Preparing KPI Cycle Count Report - Data Collection Report for KPI (Monthly) - Creating Trading Partner (TP) In WX3 JOB REQUIREMENTS - Minimum Diploma/Certificate/STPM/SPM with 2 years in warehousing & Logistics experiences. - Familiar with WZX3 / TX3 system - Able to communicate in English & Bahasa. Mandarin speaker is an added advantage - Willing to work at Section 23, Shah Alam.
