Job Description

Responsibilities -Assist the Executive in tasks finding journals, conducting research about cosmetic, F&B and pharmaceuticals, preparing documents, filling and preparing sample. -Responsible for managing research of new product and reformulate the existing product for product improvement. - Prepare document for product classification and registration. - Setting up and handle sensory test for each product before it can be launch. - Responsible to handle stability test to specify the shelf life of product. - Develop product specification for new product. - Liaising with purchaser to choose suitable raw material, packaging, labeling use for new product. - Prepare product report for ongoing project and make sure the project follow the project plan. - Preparing product costing based on raw material and manufacturing costs to ensure profitable products. Requirements - Have a knowledge about food / cosmetic / household / pharmaceutical regulation. - Have a basic knowledge about Halal Regulation. - Have a knowledge about food safety and quality. - Can handling chemical properly. - Can handling lab equipment properly. - No afraid to try something new.
