Responsibilities

Offshore Project Representative on construction vessel

To lead the day-to-day construction scope, with project drivers for a smooth execution of the construction, drilling, hook-up, pre-commissioning and commissioning work offshore.

To champion the operational aspect (asset functionality) of the offshore construction scope, especially when Platform (or Facility) is deemed \'live\'.

To coordinate the SIMOPS Site Specific Procedure, in conjunction with the Offshore Construction Rep.

Provide technical inputs in relation to offshore execution work, focussing on the operational aspect

Manage HSSE for construction activities on the Platform (or Facility), in conjunction with the Offshore Construction Rep, to ensure compliance with Company\'s policy, standards, requirement and aspirations.

Daily delivery will involve working together with offshore contractors, onshore support vendors, precom team, commission-startup team, and operations team

Liaison for the project towards Asset / Operations (supporting onshore team)

Responsible for the following process delivery:

Asset Management System

Asset MoC

Statement Of Fitness

Technical Integrity Verification

To provide support to the Offshore Construction Rep Drive Material Management and Waste Management via the Logistic Lead for the development and upkeep of Material Management Plan

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering subject

Management of Major Emergency Training (preferred)

Implement ISO 9001:2008

Process Based Audit for ISO 9001:2008

Relevant Company Site Representative (Project) assessment and pre-requisite

More than 20 years of Offshore Malaysia Oil & Gas Industry with at least 10 years in Offshore Execution (either as Asset Rep / Manager of Asset Construction)

Experienced in asset operation for Upstream Malaysia Oil & Gas Industry (experience as Offshore Installation Manager / Offshore Asset Manager / Work Supervisor)

Experienced managing work for offshore construction (experience leading Workboat / Workbarge will be bonus)

Experienced managing work for offshore hook-up campaigns, precom and startup is preferred

Experience shall include planning, coordinating offshore work, workpack development, permitting, logistic coordination, interface with asset / operations and managing offshore emergency

Location

Mobile. Able to work out of KL, Miri, Labuan and Offshore Sarawak ; base location can either be KL or Miri
