Develop, manage and strengthen the relationships with the regulatory bodies and authorities.
Familiar with local authority\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and procedure.
Determine which permits, license, approvals, standards, guidelines, ordinances, rules, and regulations to be obtained for a particular project to move forward.
Closely liaise with local authorities such as Local Council, Land Office & Surveyor pertaining to any project issue.
Prepare and submit all the documents to local authorities.
Follow up any notice received from authorities.
Update to management on status of noticed received.
Ensure to reply to all notice received from authorities within the stipulated time.
Coordinate closely with various contractors, operators, consultants, planners & engineers for submission of any project applications.
Ensure submission documents are complete, complied with local by-law approval guidelines before official submission is made.
Work closely with all heads/project managers, stakeholders, and other relevant teams.
Arrangement for protocol visits by the approving authorities and arrangement of technical inspection by the approving authorities. Perform project visits with authority officers as and when required.
Attending internal & external meetings on all government liaison matters.
Deal with government department pertaining to business licenses, application, or renewal processes.
Requirement :
Degree or Diploma in Project Management/ Business Studies or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in property industry.
English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proven success in a project coordination role
Focused on developing creative solutions.
Goal oriented with strong work ethic.
