Specializing in pneumatic and electric drive technology, they provide intelligent automation solutions and technical training to enhance productivity and optimize processes on a global scale.Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives and execute strategies to meet sales efficiency and Omni Channel objectives nationally.
• Establish and execute team selling and channel cooperation strategies to achieve Omni Channel goals.
• Assist sales teams with Customer Portfolio Management, Planning, and Data Management, aligning with SOM guidelines.
• Serve as a primary user for sales tools, identify enhancement needs, and coordinate with HQ for implementation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop the online sales channel in alignment with Omni Channel objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in any field, preferably business & marketing background
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Expert level in Microsoft applications like POWER BI, Power App, etc
• Knowledge of CRM Software Tools is a plus (E.g., SAP Cloud for Customers, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Business Intelligence Tools (E.g., SAP BI, Micro Strategy, Spotfire, Analysis for Excel)
• Collaboration & ability to derive action plans from given KPIs
• Development of dashboards, conducting review meetings with sales & cross function
