Air Liquide began operations in Malaysia in 1927 and is one of the pioneers of the gas industry in Malaysia. Operating in 11 locations in Malaysia, comprising both sales offices and production facilities, Air Liquide supports our customers through providing innovative solutions at every step of their production, including industrial and specialty gases, energy solutions, application technologies and services. With a strong workforce of 400 employees and business growth through our recent acquisition with nationwide presence, this will provide an exciting experience and journey with the opportunity that is unique yet challenging to gauge the integration and synergy processes that will change the entire competition landscape in Malaysia.

As an On Site Gas Technician, you are responsible to maintain and operate carrier gas system, Bulk and specialty gas delivery system equipment & perform daily rounds of monitoring online gas and chemical systems.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Perform regular visit to each facility to ensure that the facilities are operated in a safe, reliable and efficient manner, preserving the environment (for offsite facility).

Maintain and operate carrier gas system, Bulk and specialty gas delivery system equipment (at the client site)

Perform daily rounds of monitoring online gas and chemical systems

Perform shift activity reporting, event reporting.

Ensure that quality, safety and environmental standards are well maintained

Comply with all HSE and quality procedures

Follow proper procedures for handling chemical spills/ gas leak /emergencies

Are you a MATCH?

Diploma in Engineering is preferable or equivalent in any discipline.

Have 2-3 years of working experience in plant operations and maintenance especially in chemical or industrial gas industry.

Able to work independently and within a team.
