Job Description
- Effectively resolve most product and service-related issues through online group operations.
- Promote the atmosphere of online learning groups, guide and create an atmosphere where students help each other learn.
- Design online group activities and publish group activities regularly.
- Support learners to recommend Kung Fu English to their personal networks through online group activities.
- Recommend potential services and improvements to management through team analysis and gathering customer feedback.
- Respond to support cases from community members about operational questions or issues they have
