Have a good understanding of the knowledge of our products in order to advise customers.
Must be a strong communicator, with an emphasis on effective listening and empathizing with customers, plus good phone etiquette.
Build lasting relationship with customers and enhance customers satisfaction.
Monitor tracking shipments and follow up with the logistics company if necessary.
Reply and follow up with customers regarding their product purchase on social media.
Handle inquiries from the customers in order to generate sales.
Perform any other related duties as assigned.
