\xc2\xb7 Conduct market research to analyze and understand the market trends and customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs

\xc2\xb7 Develop and manage content strategies across all relevant social media and digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube & etc.

\xc2\xb7 Analyze and develop the Marketing strategies to increase the sales opportunities.

\xc2\xb7 Manage the company websites and e-commerce platforms.

\xc2\xb7 To create budgets for social media activities.

\xc2\xb7 Analyze and report the results (reach, engagement, revenue and etc) after every marketing strategy made and make the necessary improvement.

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with marketing related companies such as online marketing companies, web agencies, advertising agencies and printing companies.

\xc2\xb7 To hire and collaborate with external influencers such as youtuber, blogger, instagrammer, media, etc.

\xc2\xb7 To attend customers inquiries.
Requirements
\xc2\xb7 Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent training

\xc2\xb7 At least 3 years working experience in marketing

\xc2\xb7 Working experience in the Hair & Beauty Industry will be an advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Must possess strong written, presentation, verbal skills and good business sense

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram and other top social channels

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency with Microsoft office especially Excel and Powerpoint

\xc2\xb7 Experience in Graphic Design and Copywriting

\xc2\xb7 Multitasking
